Domers - Jeez, I hate you guys....
I knew the RUBBERS would not fall out of the Top 10 and the Gators would not fall out of the top 15....And that's what's wrong with polls.......
Well, the National Championship picture took on another twist Saturday night when the former Wolverine Now Head Coach who sometimes get diarhea of the mouth Jimmy Harbaugh managed to pull off the upset of the season - and I do mean the upset of the season - Forget about the 28 point upset of Michigan by 1AA App State - This was a 41 point upset of epic proportions- STANFORD LOST THE WEEK BEFORE BY A SCORE OF 41-3 to ASU!!!!!! - they started a rookie QB with 3 college passes to his name, and the Cardinal lost to the Rubbers last year 42-0.....this loss should have sent USC spiraling down in the polls (they only dropped to 7th - what a bunch of crap) with close calls to Washington and Idaho.....But, the love affair with Pete Carrol and the Rubbers doesn't seem to be over yet....Wait until USC loses again and we'll see where they fall to.....( I personally would have ranked the Prophelaptics behind ASU but above Florida (13)....But Florida would have dropped to below Kentucky and above Illinois(19)....But who cares when it DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING!!!!)
So, the Wolverines took care of business, but didn't do so with any style points, with the exception of the Workhorse Mike Hart....I wonder if anyone realizes exactly how much we're gonna miss this kid next year. I am not sure there has been a running back in my recent memory that was able to do the things Hart does as efficiently as he does them.....
LMU vs. GATORLAND - Urban "Legend"- Oscar Mayer Weiner tried valiantly to keep his team in it and had the toothless reptiles leading the mighty Bayou Bengals of LMU (Les Miles U) in the 4th....But what happened? Old Lester, a Michigan Man from WAY BACK went old school on Urb and the crocodiles....Run, run and run some more, chew up the clock and go for it on 4th down - twice on the 49 and 7 yard lines - instead of going for the tie at home and beating you in OT....I wonder, would Coach Carr had made the same calls in the same situation? This observer doubts it....Carr would have put the placekicker on the field and watch the ball bounce off the upright....Way to Go Les Miles....God, I hope you are the next head coach of the Maize and Blue.....Class act and guts......Granted, if Gatorland stops them, I am singing a different tune, but they didn't.....Oscar Mayer Weiner - first two consecutive losses in the SEC.....where do you go from here? A week off to feel the pain of losing twice and then on to a hungry Kentucky team that can light it up....Do I smell a three consecutive loss streak coming for the Oscar Mayer Weiner?
SPARTY - I tried to WARN YOU!!!! "Don't take the Kitty Cats of NWU for granted"....They were a much improved team then the one that played OSU and I could see that they were going to be a problem for the rest of the Big Ten.....Instead, as the Sunday headline indicated, it is starting to look like SOS (Same Old Sparty) this year unless they can figure out how to win 2 more games....Indiana looked like a pre-season win, but look out: They are 5-1 and looking for respect....Take care of business at home Sparty.....
DOMERS - You morons....What did I tell you? Go for the unbelievable dream and greatness of going 0-12....You would have more press exposure, get tons of national sentiment, and get every decent kid with character, heart and a desire to bring a once great program back to prominence by attending Domer U....But instead, you screw it all up and beat UCLA...now, your just gonna be another 2 or 3 win team that sucks and nobody will want to go there....Way to Go, Domers....Jeez, I hate these guys.....
CORNSUCKERS - Yep - You're not as good as previously billed, either. Looks like Mizzou is the team to beat in the Big 12.....So much for the top 25...Join the rest of the legendary teams looking to get back up there.....
SUCKEYES - You destroyed the Spoliermakers in a game I predicted that the Spoilers would win....I guess as I stated last year, Tressel is a good Coach...Dammit.....Well, I can only hope that the Wolverines improve enough to beat you at home this year....It's starting to look more and more like payback-karma-redemption for the Cooper years......
HOKIES - Way to take care of business against the Orange Frauds....When will the younger Bowden get shown the door???? Hot Seat Alert
CHEESEHEADS vs. ILINI......Look out, Illinois if 5-1 and looking for respect....Is the Big Ten upside down this year or what????? But we knew the Cheeseheads were a fraud and the Zookie Crew was going to get better....Had to happen.....Just didn't think it would happen this year.....
Iowa - you guys really suck.....I am not sure who's worse - you or the Gophers.......
CREMESICLES vs. Richy Rich.....Tennessee keeps Fulmer's job by beating the Puppy Dogs and knocking them out of the top 25....
Big East - You guys are truly the Weak East...Rutgers and The Shining (Schiano) lose again and nobody wants to win there anymore.....

LATERS vs. Mizzou - Game of the week for the Big 12 - Don't miss it....
Michigan vs. Purdue - Redmption or sliding to 4-3....The Test for the Wolverines Begins.....
LMU and the Bayou Bengals visits Kentucky....Upset Alert! There could be a letdown after beating Gatorland.....
HOLY WAR - Boston College at the DOMERS....If the Domers can pull the upset....Then everything is out of whack in this thing we call College Football....
