I Wasn't Going To Post Today...

But I can’t Help Myself!!
Other Bracket Tidbits that keep coming out:
Can you name another team that started outside of the Top 25 and finished the season ranked #1 in the National Polls, won their conference and won the conference tourney?
No, you can’t.
BECAUSE ITS NEVER HAPPENED!
And here’s another reason to not take Virginia to the National Championship!
The 6-foot-9 Hunter, who averaged 9.2 points and 3.5 rebounds coming off the bench (20 minutes/game) for coach Tony Bennett's Cavaliers, suffered the injury during the ACC tournament last week. He is expected to be out 10-12 weeks.
Virginia earned the top overall seed in the NCAA tournament and will open against No. 16 UMBC on Friday in Charlotte at 9:20 p.m.
Hunter won the ACC's Sixth Man of the Year Award and was considered by most NBA executives as the top pro prospect on the team, although it was unlikely he would leave after this season.
People are liking Michigan in the FF, but not one ESPN “Brain” has Michigan winning it all.  Here’s Why:
DEPRESSING STAT:  I know about Michigan’s charity stripe issues and how a team shooting less than 70% has never won the NCAA Tourney.  In fact, a team ranked over 100 (out of 335) in Free Throws has never made the FF…Can Michigan change that???  I know you “Are what you Are” at this point in the season, but my fingers are crossed!!!
More Stuff:
In most Doubling Pools (1 point first round, 2 points– 2nd round, 4 points – 3rd, etc. up to 32 for champion), if you can nail the Sweet 16, you have a very real shot at winning the Pool!!  Even 14 teams out of 16 gives you a better than average chance!!!
When I reviewed my final brackets an interesting Fact Appeared:  Apparently I’m betting that the SEC will not have a team in the Sweet 16, FWIW….
For the CRAZY UPSET BRACKET PICKERS who just like picking upsets to tell everyone who isn’t interested,
“Hey, I picked that upset!!!”
15-2 Possibility:
Lipscomb is a crazy shooting 3-point juggernaut (33% from the Arc and 83 PPG!!!!) a lot like Middle Tennessee State of 2 seasons ago (sorry to keep bring that up Sparty Fan, but oh well!!! – Ed.)  unc is a 19.5-point favorite, probably looking ahead to the 7-10 Seed match-up, much like Sparty in 2016.  Could that happen and make unc the Eighth #2-Seed to go down in the first round????  Instant Karma (for NCAA violations)????
Also:  You KNOW it’s going to happen.  As a Math Guy, I KNOW it will happen at some point…Penn is one of the best 16-Seeds in the history of 16-seeds.  In fact, Penn’s stats are closer to a 15-Seed than they are to a normal 16-Seed.  And Kansas is not that great this season… Could this be the year?

Yahoo Sports has an Autofill Option when entering your bracket.  It’s kind of funny that when you select “Party Schools”, the following spits out (sparty in FF!! but can't beat penultimate party school WVU or FSU!!!):
